The delicate Two-Step Stampin' flowers are sure to inspire a few dreams. Start with a textured base using Regal Rose textured card stock. Stamp the images twice on 2 pieces of Whisper White card stock. Trim the flower and sentiment and layer directly over the stamped images using Stampin Dimensionals. Tear the corner of the white card stock and "rough it up" a bit so it curls back. Finish off your card by wrapping a grosgrain piece of ribbon and adding a cut out flower with a rhinestone brad.
